天麻钩藤饮联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压并失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨天麻钩藤饮联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压并失眠的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2019年12月萍乡市中医院收治的40例原发性高血压并失眠患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者给予常规西药(氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片)治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予天麻钩藤饮加减联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者收缩压、舒张压,眩晕、头痛、五心烦热、失眠的中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压,眩晕、头痛、失眠的中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的降压和中医证候治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压并失眠的临床疗效显著,能改善患者的临床症状,更好地控制患者的血压,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng drink combined with acupoint application in the treatment of primary hypertension with insomnia.Methods 40 patients with primary hypertension admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine(Losartan Potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with L-amlodipine besylate tablets),and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tianma Gouteng drink combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure,clinical efficacy,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in TCM syndrome scores of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,vertigo,headache,fever and insomnia between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,vertigo,headache and insomnia in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of antihypertensive treatment and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Tianma Gouteng drink combined with acupoint application on primary hypertension and insomnia is significant,which can improve patients’clinical symptoms and better control patients’blood pressure,which is worthy of clinical application.
