穴位贴敷联合按摩在儿童反复呼吸道感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷联合按摩在儿童反复呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院接受住院治疗的72例反复呼吸道感染患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组根据患儿情况采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予穴位贴敷联合按摩治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、呼吸道症状消失时间、体温降至正常时间、肺部听诊正常时间及患儿家属对护理工作的总满意率。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),高于对照组的77.78(28/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的呼吸道症状消失时间、体温降至正常时间和肺部听诊正常时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患儿家属对护理工作的总满意率为94.44%(34/36),高于对照组的80.56%(29/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合按摩在儿童反复呼吸道感染中的应用效果较好,可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高护理工作满意率。Objective To observe the nursing effect of acupoint application combined with massage on children with repeated respiratory infections.Methods Seventy-two children with repeated respiratory tract infections who were hospitalized in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment according to the situation of the children,while the observation group was given acupoint application combined with massage treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of respiratory symptoms,the time of body temperature to normal,the normal time of lung auscultation and the total satisfaction rate of the children’s families to the nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than that of the control group(77.78,28/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of respiratory symptoms,the time for temperature to return to normal and the time for lung auscultation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of the families of the observation group to the nursing work was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than that of the control group(80.56)(29/36),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with massage has a good clinical nursing effect on children with repeated respiratory infections,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
