摘  要:目的通过研究获得建昌帮煨附子超微粉体的工艺。方法采用L93(4)正交设计法对影响煨附子超微粉体制备的因素进行优化。主要影响因素有物料含水量;进料粒度;进料速度;粉碎时间。以超微粉的出粉率及粉体能通过400目筛的筛分质量分数为评价指标,最后进行加权综合评分,再通过重复实验进行验证。结果含水量<6%,进料粒度为粗粉,进料速度为20 g/min,粉碎时间为6 min即得。结论该工艺合理可行,稳定可靠,为煨附子超微粉体的进一步研究提供实验依据。Objective To study the preparation technology of Jianchangbang simmered aconite ultrar fine powder.Methods L93(4)orthogonal design was used to optimize the preparation of ultra fine powder of Rhizoma Aconiti.The main influencing factors are moisture content,feed size,feed speed and comminution time.Taking the yield of superfine powder and the mass fraction of powder passing through 400 mesh sieve as the evaluation index,the weighted comprehensive score was carried out and verified by repeated experiments.Results the results showed that the water content was less than 6%,the particle size was coarse powder,the feeding speed was 20g/min,and the grinding time was 6 min.Conclusion The technology is reasonable,feasible,stable and reliable,which provides experimental basis for the further study of the ultrafine powder of simmered aconite.
