中医综合护理对高血压合并冠心病的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医综合护理对高血压合并冠心病患者的影响。方法选取兰陵县中医医院高血压合并冠心病患者80例,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用中医综合护理,对比护理效果。结果干预后,试验组各项中医证候积分、生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组收缩压、舒张压及脑钠肽均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理应用于高血压合并冠心病患者效果确切,可有效改善患者的症状及生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in Lanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and a experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing to compare the nursing effect.Results After intervention,the TCM symptom score and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and brain natriuretic peptide of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of TCM applied to patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension has definite effect,and the course can effectively improve the patients’symptoms and quality of life.
