宋桂华教授从阴虚肺热论治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘经验探析

摘　　要：文章依据小儿“阳常有余,阴常不足,肺常不足,脾常不足,肾常虚”的中医理论,分别从病因病机、临床症状等方面对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(Cough variant asthma,CVA)阴虚肺热型予详细论述,宋桂华教授认为小儿CVA,咳嗽持续时间长,病程久,易伤津耗液,故多见阴虚肺热型。宋桂华教授治疗本病经验颇多,因此笔者在跟师学习中总结宋桂华教授对此类疾病的治法方药以及预防调护心得,以使广大同道更加深刻掌握此病的诊疗思路。This article is based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of“yang is often surplus,yin is often insufficient,lung is often insufficient,spleen is often insufficient,kidney is often deficiency”.In this paper,the causes,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and other aspects of children cough variant asthma yin deficiency lung heat type are discussed in detail.Professor Song Guihua thinks that children cough variant asthma,cough duration is long,the course of disease is long,easy to hurt fluid consumption,so yin deficiency lung heat type is common,treatment of this disease experience is quite many.Therefore,the author summarizes Professor Song Guihua’s treatment and prescription for this kind of disease and the experience of prevention and nursing in order to make the vast number of colleagues master the diagnosis and treatment of this disease more deeply.
