督脉动留针加五脏俞动留罐治疗焦虑性失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察督脉动留针、五脏俞动留罐联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)口服治疗焦虑性失眠的临床疗效,进行科学分析和判定,为临床治疗焦虑性失眠提供可行方法。方法选取长春中医药大学附属医院针灸临床中心及心理科门诊确诊为焦虑性失眠的60例患者,按先后就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予督脉动留针配合五脏俞动留罐联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片口服治疗,对照组单纯给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片口服,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)及多导睡眠监测(Polysomnography,PSG)进行疗效评定,观察量表减分率和临床总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%(26/30)优于对照组的80.0%(24/30),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组PSQI评分、HAMA评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组睡眠总时间和睡眠效率均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督脉动留针加五脏俞动留罐治疗能有效提高临床抗抑郁焦虑药物的临床疗效,改善焦虑患者伴发的失眠症状,可以作为临床推广的项目。Objective To observe the clinical effect of governor channel moving retention needle combined with five zang viscera shu moving retention cup and Deanxit oral administration in the treatment of anxiety insomnia,and to make scientific analysis and judgment,so as to provide a feasible method for the clinical treatment of anxiety insomnia.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with anxiety insomnia in clinical center of acupuncture and moxibustion and outpatient department of psychology of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with governor channel moving retention needle and five zang viscera shu moving retention cup combined with flupentixol melitracine tablets,while the control group was treated with flupentixol melitracine tablets.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(Pittsburgh Sleep)Quality index(PSQI)and Polysomnography(PSG)were used to evaluate the effect,and the score reduction rate of the scale and the total clinical effective rate were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%(26/30),which was better than that of the control group(80.0%,24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI score and HAMA score in 2 groups were better than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total sleep time and sleep efficiency of the two groups were better than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion governor channel moving retention needle combined with five zang viscera shu moving retention cup can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of antidepressant and anxiety drugs and improve the insomnia symptoms of anxious patients,which can be used as a clinical promotion project.
