肾着汤联合止痛散治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾着汤联合止痛散治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月葫芦岛市中心医院康复科收治的寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者共60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。2组均进行西医基础治疗,口服美洛昔康片7.5 mg,定时日1次。同时观察组口服肾着汤,止痛散外用治疗。观察2组治疗效果、中医证候评分以及对疼痛程度(VAS)和腰椎功能(JOA)评分的影响。结果总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组VAS、JOA评分均有所改善(P<0.05),VAS评分观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾着汤联合止痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenzhuo decoction combined with Zhitong powder in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation admitted to the rehabilitation department of Huludao Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment,oral meloxicam tablet 7.5mg,once a time day.At the same time,the observation group was given Shenzhuo decoction orally and analgesic powder external treatment.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score and the effects on the pain scale(VAS)and lumbar functional score(JOA)of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and JOA scores in both groups were improved(P<0.05),VAS score in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and JOA score in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenzhuo decoction combined with Zhitong powder in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve pain,improve lumbar function.
