祛痰化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究祛痰化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院心内科收治的冠心病心绞痛患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组32例,对照组患者给予单纯西药治疗方案,试验组在对照组的基础上予以祛痰化瘀汤,分早晚2次服用,每日1剂。2组均治疗8周。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、血浆心纳素(Atrial natriuretic peptide,ANP)、内皮素(Endothelin,ET)、胆固醇((Total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglycerides,TG)及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率为90.63%(29/32),对照组总有效率为62.50%(20/32),试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前比较,2组患者血浆ANP、ET、TC以及TG水平降低;与治疗后对照组比较,试验组患者血浆ANP、ET、TC以及TG水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论祛痰化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者用不仅能缓解心绞痛等症状,且能改善心电图,下调ANP、ET、TC以及TG水平,适宜临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical observation of Qutan Huayu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods A total of 64 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the randomized control table,including 32 cases in the experimental group and 32 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were given a simple western medicine treatment plan,and the experimental group was given Qutan Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group,twice in the morning and evening,one dose a day.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment,the clinical effect,plasma Atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP),Endothelin(ET),Total cholesterol(TC),Triglycerides(TG)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90.63%(29/32),and that of the control group was 62.50%(20/32).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,plasma ANP,ET,TC and TG levels in 2 groups decreased after treatment.Compared with the control group,the plasma levels of ANP,ET,TC and TG in experimental group were lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qutan Huayu decoction can not only relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,but also improve ECG,reduce the level of ANP,TC and TG,which is suitable for clinical application.
