调气散滞针刺法治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症乳痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察调气散滞针刺法治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症乳痛的疗效。方法将2018年6月—2020年6月北京市平谷区中医医院62例肝郁气滞型乳腺小叶增生症乳痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组31例。其中对照组脱落1例,完成61例。试验组给予调气散滞针刺治疗,对照组给予常规针刺。记录2组患者每日视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、疼痛天数和临床疗效。结果与基线期相比较,治疗期2组乳痛VAS评分、疼痛天数差异均较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期试验组与对照组相比较,乳痛评分、乳痛天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的治疗总有效率为90.32%(28/31),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论调气散滞针刺法对于乳腺增生症的乳痛症状有较好治疗作用,值得进一步推广应用与研究。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on breast pain of hyperplasia of mammary gland with stagnation of liver qi.Methods 62 cases of hyperplasia of mammary lobule with stagnation of liver qi in Beijing Pinggu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(regulating qi-flowing for activating stagnancy acupuncture)and control group(conventional acupuncture).Each group had 31 cases,61 cases completed the study with one case in the control group lost.After meeting the enrollment criteria,the patients were enrolled on the first day after the end of menstruation,and entered the baseline period.The daily breast pain score and pain days were recorded until menstruation.Results Compared with the baseline period,the VAS score and pain days of the two groups during the treatment period were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score and pain days of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group during the treatment period(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.32%(28/31),higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The regulating qi-flowing for activating stagnancy acupuncture has a good effect on the symptom of breast pain in hyperplasia of mammary gland,and it is worth to be further popularized and studied.
