摘　　要：中医药是中华民族的传统瑰宝,高等中医药院校承担着培养中医高层次人才的重要使命。院校对人才的培养需要相应的产出,即输出的高层次人才需将自身所学、所想和所悟以“看得见、摸得着”的形式服务于真实世界的需求,尤其是高等医学院校输出的人才承担着攻克疑难杂症和救死扶伤的使命,更需要与真实世界对医疗、科研等的需求接轨。但由于中医学科的复杂性和特殊性,使得中医药研究生培养偏向“理论化”发展,缺乏基于真实世界的创新能力和实践应用能力;即“高层次”人才培养倾向“低层次”化,如何提高中医药院校研究生质量有待进一步商榷。Traditional Chinese medicine is the traditional treasure of the Chinese nation.Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine undertake the important mission of training high-level talents of traditional Chinese medicine.The cultivation of talents in colleges and universities needs corresponding output,that is,the output of high-level talents needs to serve the needs of the real world in the form of“visible and tangible”what they have learned,thought and realized.In particular,the talents from medical colleges and universities undertake the mission of overcoming difficult and miscellaneous diseases and helping the wounded and the dying,and they need to be in line with the real world demand for medical treatment and scientific research.However,due to the complexity and particularity of the subject of traditional Chinese medicine,the cultivation of Postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine tends to be“theoretical”development,lacking the innovation ability and practical application ability based on the real world.That is to say,the cultivation of“high-level”talents tends to be“low-level”.How to improve the quality of postgraduates in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine remains to be further discussed.
