摘 要:煤矿往往有多个盘区开采,盘区排水主要有集中排水系统和分区域排水系统,选择合理的盘区排水系统可以保证排水的可靠性,减少投资,节省电耗。根据红柳林煤矿西一盘区矿井涌水量及排水条件,并结合现有排水系统提出3种切实可行的排水方案。通过经济技术分析及可靠性分析,研究各方案优缺点,确定合理的排水方案。研究结果表明,盘区排水系统设计受排水条件、矿井现有排水系统、地面水处理系统等多因素制约,设计须因地制宜,择优确定,通过对红柳林矿井盘区排水系统的设计,为其他煤矿提供借鉴。Coal mines often have multiple areas for mining,with drainage system and subarea drainage system.Choosing a reasonable drainage system can ensure the reliability of drainage,reduce investment and save electricity consumption.According to the water volume and drainage conditions of the mine in the west area of Hongliulin Mine,and combined with the existing drainage system,three kinds of practical drainage solutions were proposed.Through economic and technical and reliability analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of each program were studied to determine a reasonable drainage program.The results of the study showed that the design of the drainage system in the pan area was subject to the drainage conditions,the existing drainage system of the mine,the surface water treatment system and other factors,and the design must be tailored to local conditions,which provided reference for other mines.
