摘　　要：以经坊选煤厂为例,介绍了FJC12-4和FJC12-4A系列喷射式浮选机核心部件构造和工作过程,FJC12-4A系列浮选机是在FJC12-4浮选机的基础上研发的,对两种浮选机使用效果进行了对比分析。使用情况表明,FJC12-4A系列喷射式浮选机充气搅拌装置可靠性好,关键部件采用了耐磨材质,延长了设备使用寿命,经济效益显著。Jingfang coal processing plant was taken as an example,the structure and working process of the core components of FJC12-4 and FJC12-4A series of jet flotation machines were introduced.FJC12-4A series jet flotation machine with good reliability of the inflatable mixing device,and the key components were made of wear-resistant materials,which prolonged the service life of the equipment and provided significant economic benefits.
