摘  要:杜儿坪矿22610工作面在遇构造停产期间发生自然着火,利用正副巷低洼对火区进行水封后,密闭区成高浓度瓦斯库,通过施工千米钻孔对火区气体连续取样化验,满足《煤矿安全规程》第279条规定,确认火区熄灭。为确保火区启封后高浓度瓦斯安全排放,采用压入式局部风机结合瓦斯实时监控对封闭巷道进行分段锁风排放,成功将巷道高浓度瓦斯控制在1.0%左右安全排放,恢复全负压通风。结果表明,火区信息判断正确且验证了分段锁风方案的可行性,可为火区启封及高浓度瓦斯排放工作提供参考。The fire occurred in the working face of Douerping Mine 22610 during the tectonic shutdown.After the fire area was sealed by water in the low area of the main and secondary roadways,the confined area became a high concentration gas reservoir,and the gas in the fire area was continuously sampled and tested through the construction of kilometer boreholes to meet the requirements of article 279 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations,which confirmed that the fire area was extinguished.In order to ensure the safe discharge of high concentration gas after the fire area was opened and sealed,the press-in local fan combined with the gas real-time monitoring was used to lock the air discharge of the closed roadway in sections,which successfully controlled the high concentration gas to about 1.0%for safe discharge and restored the full negative pressure ventilation.The results showed that the fire zone information was correctly judged and the feasibility of the segmental air locking scheme was verified,which can provide reference for the fire zone opening and sealing and high concentration gas discharge work.
