摘 要:甘肃某磁-赤铁矿结构构成复杂,嵌布粒度细,原矿品位为31.3%,属难选贫铁矿石。采用“磁化焙烧-弱磁选-反浮选”流程对该矿石进行试验研究,结果表明:①在矿石细度研磨至-38μm95%时,经磁场强度为0.18T的磁选机进行四段选别,磁选精矿品位可达48.6%,SiO_(2)降至23.17%;②再进一步采用阳离子反浮选,可得到精矿品位为56.74%,SiO_(2)降至13.71%,产率为38.73%,金属回收率为71.95%的良好指标。A magnetite hematite ore in Gansu has complex structure,fine disseminated grain size,and the grade of raw ore is 31.3%,which is a difficult-to-select lean iron ore.The ore was tested and studied using the process of magnetized roasting-weak magnetic separation-reverse flotation,and the results showed that,①when the ore fineness was grounded to-38μm95%,four-stage separation was carried out by a magnetic separator with a magnetic field strength of 0.18T,the grade of the magnetic separation concentrate can reach 48.6%,and the SiO_(2)droped to 23.17%;②By further use of cationic reverse flotation,a good index of concentrate grade of 56.74%,SiO_(2)of 13.71%,yield of 38.73%and metal recovery of 71.95%can be obtained.
