摘 要:本文分析了双辊连续铸轧过程中铸轧区长度对铸轧冷却强度的影响,并通过试验验证了不同铸轧区长度生产8011空调箔铸轧坯料晶粒组织的影响。结果表明:较大的铸轧区长度更有利于晶粒的改善,与较大的铸轧区相比,较小的铸轧区采取降低铸轧速度和降低冷却水温等提升冷却强度的办法仍不能达到相同的晶粒细化效果。This paper analyzes the influence of the casting-rolling zone length on the cooling strength of the casting-rolling during the twin-roll continuous casting-rolling process,and verifies the effect of different casting-rolling zone lengths on the grain structure of the 8011 air-conditioning foil cast-rolled billet produced by different casting-rolling zone lengths.The results show that a longer cast-rolling zone length is more beneficial to the grains improvement.Compared with the larger cast-rolling zone,adopting the methods such as reducing the castingrolling speed and lowering the cooling water temperature to increase the cooling strength in the smaller cast-rolling zone can not achieve the same grain refinement effect.
