中低温煤焦油加工利用技术的研究

摘　　要：嘉峪关宏汇公司用加氢精制催化剂对新疆信汇峡轻质煤焦油进行加氢改质工艺研究。本文在两级固定床加氢装置上,通过在一定加氢条件下,着重研究第二级固定床加氢装置上反应温度对加氢效果的影响,得到了优化的工艺条件。结果表明:在2级固定床加氢装置上,反应压力15.5MPa,反应温度360℃,氢油体积比600:1和液体体积空速0.6h-1。轻质煤油经加氢改质后,产品切割得到汽油、柴油和蜡油,分别占产物质量的15.7%、61.1%和23.2%。汽油、柴油经过简单处理后可以得到合格的产品,蜡油可以作为优质的催化裂化和加氢裂化原料。Jiayuguan Honghui Company carried out a research on using a hydrorefining catalyst to the hydro-upgrading process of Xinjiang Xinhuixia light coal tar.In the two-stage fixed-bed hydrogenation unit,this paper focuses on the influence of the reaction temperature on the hydrogenation effect of the two-stage fixed-bed hydrogenation unit under certain hydrogenation conditions,and obtains the optimized process conditions.The results showed that on the two-stage fixed-bed hydrogenation unit,the reaction pressure was 15.5MPa,the reaction temperature was 360℃,the hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio was 600:1 and the liquid volume space velocity was 0.6h-1.After light kerosene is hydrogenated and upgraded,the products are cut to obtain gasoline,diesel and wax oil,which account for 15.7%,61.1%and 23.2%of the product quality respectively.Qualified products can be obtained after simple treatment on gasoline and diesel,and wax oil can be used as high-quality catalytic cracking and hydrocracking raw materials.
