摘　　要：本文主要对110吨钢水包的各部设计过程进行了论述,通过钢包容量的计算得出钢包包壳及耐火材料的尺寸,并分析了钢包在工作过程中的工况,按照钢包功能要求及使用环境提出设计思路,重点对钢水包的包壳外部形状、耳轴、耳轴座等部分结构的设计做了详细的描述。The paper mainly discusses the design process of every part of 110 ton ladle.The dimensions of ladle shell and refractory are obtained by calculating the ladle capacity,and the working conditions of the ladle in the working process are analyzed.The design idea is put forward according to the function requirement and using environment of ladle.The outer shape of cladding,trunnion and trunnion seat of ladle are described in detail.
