中国共产党领导下师范教育发展的回顾与展望

摘　　要：中国共产党领导下的师范教育经历了争取独立、初步探索、深入探究、全面改革以及创新发展五个阶段,在准入制度、政策制度、体制机制以及实践发展等方面取得了重大成就。展望未来,我国师范教育发展要进一步做到:明确师范教育战略地位,改革和完善师范教育培养体系,重视师范教育课堂教学,优化师范生培养场所,构建师范教育综合保障机制。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the development of normal education has roughly gone through five periods:striving for independence,preliminary exploration,in-depth exploration,comprehensive reform and innovative development,and certain achievements in access system,policy system,institutional system and implementation.Looking forward to the future,China's normal education still needs to clarify its strategic position in concept,perfect the process requirements in theory,attach importance to classroom teaching in practice,optimize the training place in implementation,and construct the guarantee mechanism in mechanism.
