摘  要:通过液体发酵培养,利用正交试验优化了毛头鬼伞菌株对木质素的降解条件,并对该菌株的木质素降解酶系和降解木质素能力进行初步分析。结果表明:毛头鬼伞菌株降解木质素条件为以酵母粉作为氮源,碳氮比10∶1,最适pH 8,最适温度25℃,木质素降解率可达到41.94%;木质素降解酶系中的漆酶、木质素过氧化物酶、锰过氧化物酶在该菌株中都可合成,其中漆酶酶活在第10天为5.68 U/mL;木质素过氧化物酶酶活在第11天为1.24 U/mL;锰过氧化物酶酶活在第10天为3.05 U/mL。此研究旨在为毛头鬼伞菌在秸秆降解方面的进一步应用提供理论依据。The ability of Coprinus comatus to degrade lignin was investigated in this paper. The degradation conditions by liquid fermentation of the strain were optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the lignin-degrading enzymes were preliminarily analyzed, respectively. The results showed that: yeast powder was used as nitrogen source, carbon-nitrogen ratio was 10∶1, the optimum pH was 8, and the optimum was cultivation temperature 25 ℃. Under this condition, the lignin degradation rate reached 41.94%. The lignin-degrading enzymes including laccase, lignin peroxidase, and manganese peroxidase could be synthesized in this strain. Laccase activity was up to 5.68 U/mL on the 10 th day, lignin peroxidase activity was 1.24 U/mL on the 11 th day, and manganese peroxidase activity was 3.05 U/mL on the 10 th day, respectively. This research provided preliminary data for further application of Coprinus comatus in corn stalk degradation.
