摘 要:为了优选不同秸秆还田方式,通过室内模拟试验,采用元素组成、红外光谱和差热分析等方法,研究了玉米秸秆与土壤不同混合方式对土壤腐殖质组成及其分子结构特征差异的影响。设置4个处理,分别为不添加秸秆的对照(ck)、秸秆与土壤充分混合(SI)、秸秆覆盖(SM)、秸秆埋置于土层中间(SE)。结果表明:与ck相比,SI、SE和SM处理土壤有机碳含量分别增加12.41%、4.23%和3.05%,其中SI和SE处理与ck处理相比差异显著(P<0.05),SM处理与ck之间差异不显著;各处理中腐殖质各组分的有机碳含量均有不同程度增加,其中SI处理的胡敏酸和胡敏素含量与ck处理相比差异显著(P<0.05)。秸秆与土壤不同混合方式均使得胡敏酸脂肪链烃的比例增强,热稳定性下降。添加玉米秸秆处理之间相比,秸秆覆盖处理的胡敏酸芳香性和热稳定性最高。In order to optimize different ways of returning corn straw to field, the composition and structure of soil humus were studied by comparing different mixing modes of corn straw and soil through incubation experiments.Four treatments were set up: ck(without corn straw), SI(straw and soil fully mixed), SM(straw mulching) and SE(straw buried between soil layers).The results showed that compared with ck, soil organic carbon content in SI, SE and SM treatments increased by 12.41%, 4.23% and 3.05%, respectively.Compared with ck, the differences between SI and SE treatments were significant(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between SM and ck.The organic carbon contents of each humus component increased in different degrees.The content of humic acid and humin in SI treatment was significantly higher than that in ck treatment(P<0.05). Different mixing methods of straw and soil enhanced aliphatic chain hydrocarbon of humic acid and decreased thermal stability. Compared between corn straw treatments, the aromaticity and thermal stability of humic acid in straw mulching treatment were the highest.
