摘  要:基于某电站110kV主变一起油纸电容式套管爆炸事故,从套管结构、密封件、油色谱进行原因分析,主要是套管介损超标,油化超标,套管密封件老化,套管绝缘油更换作业现场不具备对套管进行抽真空条件等所致。提出了加强运行全过程中对变压器套管绝缘油、本体油的油质监督,必要时增加绝缘油在线监测装置,采取多元化监控手段与有效预防措施,确保变压器安全可靠运行。An explosion accident of the oil-impregnated paper condenser bushing of the 110 kV main transformer in a power station is analyzed from various aspects such as the bushing structure,sealing parts and oil chromatography.It is found that the accident may be caused by several reasons,such as the excessive dielectric loss of the bushing,excessive oiliness,ageing of the sealing parts,and unqualified in-situ evacuation of the bushing in the insulation oil replacement work.Treatment and prevention measures are then proposed,including the quality supervision of the transformer bushing insulation oil and the transformer insulation oil during the whole operation period and the addition of online monitoring device of insulation oils if necessary.With these diversified monitoring means and effective prevention measures,the safe and reliable operation of the transformer is ensured.
