摘　　要：为了解医疗服务价格改革对公立医院运营以及患者就医体验等带来的影响,本研究在梳理现有文献的基础上,对部分公立医院进行了调研访谈,发现价格改革有利于理顺公立医院利益关系,有助于扭转以药养医机制,实现公立医院取消药品加成后的平稳过渡。建议在进一步精细化调整价格的基础上,兼顾不同等级不同类别的公立医院的利益。同时,公立医院内部需要加快绩效制度改革,力争把价格改革的利益激励作用进一步传递到医院基层单位和个人。To understand the medical service price reform of public hospital operation and the impact of such as hospitalized experience on the basis of combing the existing literature,this study on the part of the public hospital interviews,found the price reform is beneficial to the relationship between the interests of the public hospital,could help reverse medicine for medical mechanism,realize the public hospital to cancel after drug addition a smooth transition.It is suggested to give consideration to the interests of public hospitals of different grades and categories on the basis of further fine adjustment of prices.At the same time,public hospitals need to speed up the reform of performance system and strive to further transfer the incentive effect of price reform to the grass-roots units and individuals in hospitals.
