摘　　要：目的:持续改进输血护理质量。方法:应用信息化管理模式,每日靶向监控、反馈输血护理质量关键指标数据,通过排序公布排名并重点督查排名后十科室;实地监控血袋从血库到床边的输血护理质量;核查输血科发血数据和平板中输血历程吻合度。结果:信息化管理模式有效提高4小时内完成输血执行率、输血前15分钟巡视执行率(P<0.001),降低每小时巡视未达标例次(P=0.026)。结论:与传统的管理模式相比,信息化管理模式对输血护理质量进行靶向监控,符合现代护理质量管理发展的要求,数据全面、客观,节省管理人力,有效提升输血护理质量指标,优势明显。Objective:To improve transfusion nursing quality continuously.Method:With the application of information management mode,daily to monitor specifically and feedback key indexes of transfusion nursing quality.Through sequencing,ranking,and supervising the departments,ranked the latter ten.To monitor the transfusion nursing quality in the process of transforming the blood bag from the blood bank to the ward on the spot,and to inspect the coincidence degree of blood data of the Department of Blood Transfusion and the transfusion process in platform.Results:The information management model effectively improved the execution rate of blood transfusion within 4 hours,and the rate of patrolimplementation of the 15 minutes before the transfusion(P<0.001),and reduced hourly substandard patrolinspections ratio(P=0.026).Conclusion:To monitor the quality of transfusion nursing specifically by applying the information management model can meet the requirements of modern nursing quality management development.Compared with the traditional management model,the data of the information management model is comprehensive and objective,which has the obvious advantage of saving management manpower,effectively improving blood transfusion nursing and improving quality indexes.
