摘　　要：目的:评估查房系统在脓毒症患者中的应用价值。方法:比较安徽医科大学第一附属医院重症医学科引入程序化查房系统(Checklist For Early Recognition And Treatment Of Acute Illness,CERTAIN)前后的一般资料。引入前常规查房的脓毒症患者102例,引入后查房的脓毒症患者116例。结果:两组患者的一般资料,无显著性差异。使用查房系统后患者中心静脉导管使用时间、胰岛素使用时间和镇静时间均较使用前明显减少,但两组患者ICU死亡率方面并无差异。结论:程序化清单查房系统后中心静脉导管使用时间、胰岛素使用时间和镇静时间减少,但对预后改善无明显差异,程序化查房系统是重症医学科日常查房有效的辅助工具。Objective:To evaluate the value of the Checklist for early recognition and treatment of acute illness in Department of intensive Medicine sepsis patients.Methods:Comparing the general data before and after the introduction of Checklist for early recognition and treatment of acute illness(CERTAIN)in the Department of intensive Medicine of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.102 cases of sepsis patients who received routine rounds,and 116 cases of sepsis patients who received rounds of CERTAIN.Results:General data(P>0.05)of the two groups showed no significant difference.After the use of Certain,either central venous catheter use time,insulin use time and sedation time were significantly lower than before Certain use.The level of teamwork had improved significantly,but there was no difference ICU mortality between the two groups.Conclusions:After Checklist for early recognition and treatment of acute illness,it reduced time of central venous catheter use,insulin use time and sedation time,but there was no significant difference in prognosis.Overall,Checklist for early recognition and treatment of acute illness was an effective auxiliary tool for the daily rounds of Intensive Care Unit.
