摘  要:本工作以普碳钢为基体,添加Cr、Ti、Al等元素制备了新型低成本高强耐蚀钢,通过动电位极化、交流阻抗、周浸腐蚀实验和盐雾加速腐蚀实验研究了低成本Al-Ti-Cr高强耐蚀钢的耐海水腐蚀性能。结果表明:钢中的Cr能促进锈层向致密的α-FeOOH进行转变;Al和Ti提供阳极保护的同时,Al还能产生致密的Al_(2)O_(3)分散在锈层表面延缓腐蚀介质向基体的侵蚀,而Ti能够呈点状或者片状富集在锈层内部,对晶间腐蚀起到一定的保护作用,大幅度提高了耐蚀钢的耐蚀性能。A new type of low-cost,high-strength,high-strength steel was prepared by adding elements such as Cr,Ti,and Al to plain carbon steel.The seawater corrosion resistance of low-cost Al-Ti-Cr high-strength corrosion-resistant steel was studied by potential polarization,AC impedance,peripheral immersion corrosion test and salt spray accelerated corrosion test.The research results show that:Cr in steel can promote the transformation of rust layer to dense α-FeOOH.While Al and Ti provide anodic protection,Al produces dense Al_(2)O_(3) dispersed on the surface of the rust layer to retard the corrosion of the corrosive medium to the substrate.Ti can be concentrated in the rust layer in dots or flakes,which can protect the intergranular corrosion and greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the corrosion-resistant steel.
