摘  要:云南西双版纳地理位置独特,森林覆盖率高,哺乳动物物种多样性丰富,但至今仅记录分布管鼻蝠2种,低于周边区域,存在被低估的可能。为摸清西双版纳热带植物园哺乳动物物种多样性状况,2019年4—5月在园区内进行生物多样性考察,使用蝙蝠竖琴网采集到管鼻蝠标本15只,根据其外形和头骨的形态学特征、数值分类学结果及基于线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ基因(COⅠ)和核基因重组激活基因Ⅱ(Rag2)的系统发育学证据,均支持上述标本为菲氏管鼻蝠(Murina feae)、哈氏管鼻蝠(M.harrisoni)和艾氏管鼻蝠(M.eleryi),其中菲氏管鼻蝠和哈氏管鼻蝠为云南省蝙蝠分布新记录。云南的管鼻蝠种类记录由5种增加到7种,西双版纳的该类群记录由艾氏管鼻蝠和圆耳管鼻蝠(M.cyclotis)2种增加到4种,提示云南管鼻蝠物种多样性资源较为丰富。研究标本现保存于广州大学生命科学学院及中国科学院昆明动物博物馆。Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province,China,is one of biological hot spots in China with high forest cover and extremely rich mammalian diversity.However,only two species of tube-nosed bats have been recorded so far,which is lower than those from surrounding regions.Hence,its actual diversity may be underestimated.To investigate mammalian diversity in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden,a series of biodiversity surveys were conducted during April-May 2019.Fifteen individuals of Tube-nosed bats were captured using harp trap.All specimens were preserved in School of Life Sciences,Guangzhou University and Kunming Museum of Zoology,Chinese Academy of Sciences.According to the morphological characteristics,numerical taxonomy results,and phylogenetic evidences using segments of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I gene(COⅠ)and recombination activating gene 2(Rag2),they were identified as Murina feae,M.harrisoni and M.eleryi.The first two represent new chiropteran records of Yunnan Province.The number of Murina species thus have increased from five to seven for Yunnan and from two to four for Xishuangbanna,respectively,which indicating rich diversity in the areas.
