摘  要:为了解卷羽鹈鹕(Pelecanus crispus)源大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)和粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)耐药性特征,采集圈养卷羽鹈鹕粪便9份,用全自动微生物生化鉴定法进行鉴定。结果表明:分别从9份粪便样中分离鉴定出大肠埃希菌9株,粪肠球菌7株。药敏试验结果显示,大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、四环素和磺胺异恶唑的耐药性均较强,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢噻呋、多西环素等均较为敏感;粪肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素、四环素的耐药性均较强,对链霉素、呋喃妥因和氯霉素等较敏感。鉴于药敏试验结果,建议经常开展不同菌种的耐药性检测,并依据药敏结果选择合适的抗生素。A total of nine feces of the captive Pelecanus crispus were collected;and isolation and identification of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis from the samples were conducted to detect their drug resistance.Nine strains of Escherichia coli and seven strains of Enterococcus faecalis were isolated and identified by an automatic microbial biochemical method.The drug sensitivity tests showed that Es.coli was more resistant to ampicillin,tetracycline and sulfaisoxazole,but sensitive to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,Ceftiofur,and Doxycycline.En.faecalis was more resistant to penicillin,erythromycin,and tetracycline,but sensitive to streptomycin,furantoin,and chloramphenicol.Based on the above results,it is suggested to test the drug resistance of different bacteria by a high frequency,which would be helpful for appropriate antibiotic selection of captive Pelecanus crispus.
