摘　　要：为提高动物医疗行为训练水平,提升广大民众对野生动物的保护意识,针对黑猩猩(Pan troglodytes)开展了医疗行为训练并结合科普讲解进行展示。训练期为6个月,训练动物为圈养成年黑猩猩雌雄各1只,训练包含测额温、触诊、B超检查和采血等项目,训练地点分为室内训练和展厅2个部分。通过桥接食物-哨声配对机制在人-黑猩猩之间建立有效地沟通方式,为后续训练建立基础。经过系统训练后,2只黑猩猩基本完成训练目标,可以向游客展示黑猩猩医疗行为。动物医疗行为训练方便对动物的诊治,可以提升动物福利水平,践行动物保护理念,同时也有利于传播科普知识,为其他动物园的动物医疗行为训练提供借鉴。In order to improve the training level of animal medical behavior in the Shanghai Wild Animal Park and increase the public's awareness of wild animals protection,our park carried out a 6-month medical behavior training for chimpanzees(one female and one male)and displayed the training processes in combination with popular science explanations.The training items include forehead temperature measurement,palpation,B-ultrasound examination,and blood sampling.The trainings include indoor training and exhibition hall display.An effective communication between humans and animals has been established by a bridging mechanism of food-whistle pairing responses,as a basis for subsequent training.After systematic training,the two chimpanzees have basically completed the training goals and can show tourists the animal medical behaviors.Animal medical behavior training facilitated the diagnosis and treatment of chimpanzees,further improved the level of animal welfare.Moreover,our work practiced the concept of animal protection,and also promoted the popular science knowledge of chimpanzees.Our results can provide the references for conducting animal medical behavior training in the other Zoos.
