一例亚洲象心肌炎的诊治

摘　　要：2019年12月,西双版纳傣族自治州动物园1头21岁亚洲象(Elephas maximus)突发疾病,病象脉搏增快,不愿卧地,听诊心脏有杂音,白细胞正常或数量增多,谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶测定数值升高,且大量食用甘蔗,最终诊断为心肌炎。按保护心脏,抗菌消炎,利尿,减轻心脏负担,增强心肌营养,防止中毒的治疗原则,采用输液和口服药物综合治疗9 d后,该象痊愈。In December 2019,a 21-year-old Asian elephant(Elephas maximus)suffered from a sudden illness in the Zoo of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture.The Asian elephant had the symptoms:increased pulse,unwillingness to lie down,heart murmur on auscultation,normal or increased white blood cell.In addition,the values of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,creatine kinase,and lactate dehydrogenase were increased;a large amount of sugar cane was consumed.Based on these symptoms,a final diagnosis for the Asian elephant was myocarditis.After 9 days of comprehensive treatment of protecting the heart,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,diuretic,reducing the burden on the heart,enhancing myocardial nutrition,and preventing poisoning,the Asian elephant was healed.
