摘　　要：圈养大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)的精料是其重要的日粮组分,为探讨圈养大熊猫对精料的消化情况,选取3只成年大熊猫,分别饲喂营养含量相同的蒸制窝头和膨化饲料各40 d,分析大熊猫食用2种精料后粪便量的差异。结果表明:饲喂膨化饲料的大熊猫粪便量显著高于饲喂蒸制窝头的粪便量(P<0.001),膨化饲料更有利于大熊猫的消化。此外,膨化饲料更便于储存和运输。因此,膨化饲料是圈养野生动物饲料中值得推广的加工方式,对于珍稀濒危的大熊猫更有意义。Concentrated feed is an important nutritional supplement for captive giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca).We investigated digestion of concentrated feed by evaluating the fecal quantity using two methods in captive giant pandas.Three adult giant pandas were fed steamed corn bread for forty days and then the extruded feedstuff with the same nutrient content for forty days.The fecal quantity was significantly greater when fed with the extruded feedstuff than fed with the steamed corn bread(P<0.001).This indicated that the extruded feedstuff promoted digestion in giant pandas.In addition,extruded feedstuff was more convenient to store and transport.We conclude that extruded feedstuff is a potentially useful component of the diet fed to captive pandas.
