摘  要:针对目前低温精馏多采用小型低温制冷机作为冷凝器冷源而难以满足工业应用中大规模处理精馏原料的问题,提出将大型低温制冷机应用于低温精馏的方案,设计并搭建了一套基于逆布雷顿循环的低温精馏模拟实验平台,同时满足了冷凝器、再沸器和冷屏的负载模拟要求,解决了回收再沸器冷量过程难以模拟的问题。对模拟实验平台进行了测试,可在20 K温区为冷凝器提供约600~1200 W的制冷量,回收再沸器的冷量,并为冷屏提供500 W以上的制冷量,透平膨胀机效率均在70%以上。本文结果验证了大型低温制冷系统应用于低温精馏技术的可行性。A scheme of applying a large-scale cryogenic refrigerator to cryogenic distillation is proposed to solve the problem that the current cryogenic distillation mostly uses regenerative refrigerator as the cold source of the condenser,and it is difficult to meet the needs of industrial applications for large-scale processing of distillation materials.A simulation experiment platform of cryogenic distillation based on the reverse Brayton cycle is designed and built,which simultaneously meets the load simulation requirements of the condenser,reboiler and cold shield,and solves the problem that the process of recovering the cooling power of the reboiler is difficult to simulate.The simulation experiment platform is tested.It provides refrigeration capacity of about 600-1200 W for the condenser in the temperature range of 20 K,recovers the cooling power of the reboiler,and provides cooling power of more than 500 W for the cold shield.The efficiency of the turbine expander is more than 70%.Feasibility of applying the large-scale cryogenic refrigeration system to cryogenic distillation technology is verified.
