3206工作面矿压显现及端面顶板控制研究

摘　　要：为实现3206工作面的安全高效回采,对孤岛工作面的矿压显现和端面顶板稳定性控制开展研究。结果表明,支架受力状态、两侧采空区残余支承压力以及2号煤强度等是影响端面稳定的重要因素。3206工作面顶板为Ⅲ级2b类,来压较为剧烈,提高支架工作阻力、减少端面距有利于片帮控制。通过采取提高支架工作阻力、及时带压移架、支架防倒防滑等措施,实现了3206孤岛工作面的安全回采。In order to realize safe and efficient mining of the 3206 working face,the paper studies the pressure appearance and the stability control of the face roof in isolated island working face.The results show that the stress state of the support,the residual bearing pressure in the goaf on both sides and the strength of No.2 coal are the important factors affecting the stability of the end face.The roof of the 3206 working face is class Ⅲ 2b,which is more severe pressure,so it is beneficial to control the panel by increasing the working resistance of the support and reducing the end distance.The safe recovery of 3206 isolated island working face is realized by measures such as increasing the working resistance of the support,timely moving the frame with pressure and preventing the anti slip of the support.The safe mining of the 3206 island working face is realized.
