正利煤业二采区井下移动瓦斯抽采系统设计研究

摘　　要：正利煤业延伸至二采区,由于抽采路线增大,原先一采区抽采系统陈旧,无法满足二采区抽采需求。为有效解决抽采系统抽采能力不足的问题,设计一套井下移动抽采系统,并进行了抽采能力校核。抽采效果考察分析可知,新的抽采系统保证预抽瓦斯量为41%,回采过程中同时对高位钻孔和插管进行抽采,回风巷、上隅角瓦斯浓度未超标。Due to the increase of the extraction route,the original extraction system of the first mining area is old,which can not meet the demand of the second mining area.In order to solve the problem of insufficient extraction capacity of extraction system,a set of underground mobile extraction system was designed and verified.According to the investigation and analysis of the drainage effect,the new drainage system ensures that the pre drainage gas amount is 41%.In the process of mining,the high-level drilling and intubation are used for drainage at the same time,and the gas concentration in the air return roadway and upper corner does not exceed the standard.
