煤矿综合机械化放顶煤开采工艺的实践应用

摘　　要：以山西西山晋兴能源公司斜沟煤矿23114工作面为研究对象,对其放顶煤开采工艺进行详细阐述,并对顶板管理及支护设计进行分析。实践应用结果表明:巷道顶板围岩变形量小,顶板管理及支护设计恰当,煤炭回收率达到90%,安全经济效益明显。Taking the 23114 working face of Xiegou Coal Mine of Shanxi Xishan Jinxing Energy Company as the research object,the top coal caving mining technology is elaborated in detail,and the roof management and support design are analyzed.The practical application results show that the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway roof is small,the roof management and support design are appropriate,the coal recovery rate reaches 90%,and the safety and economic benefits are obvious.
