龙舟运动对大学生群体凝聚力影响的实验研究

摘　　要：探讨龙舟运动入高校课堂后对大学生群体凝聚力的影响,为龙舟教育提供参考。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等分析龙舟课程对大学生群体凝聚力产生的作用,主要结论:龙舟课程对提高大学生群体凝聚力各维度及总体水平有积极作用;龙舟课程对不同性别的群体凝聚力维度的影响有数据差异,但不同性别在群体凝聚力上没有显著差异。建议:民俗体育龙舟的创新传承,高校龙舟教育还需要更多理论依据和实践成果;龙舟课程的大量实践互动对大学生群体凝聚力产生积极影响,有条件的地区可在高校推广龙舟文化,开设龙舟课程,激发传统体育活力,丰富课程内容,也助推龙舟在高校教育的实践探索。The aim of this study is to explore the influence of dragon boat on the group cohesion of college students after entering the classroom,and to provide reference for Dragon Boat education.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the effect of dragon boat course on the group cohesion of college students.The main conclusions are as follows:Dragon Boat course has a positive effect on improving the dimensions and overall level of group cohesion of college students;Dragon Boat course has a data difference on the dimensions of group cohesion of different genders,but different genders have different effects on group cohesion There is no significant difference.Suggestions:the innovation and inheritance of folk sports dragon boat,the Dragon Boat education in colleges and universities need more theoretical basis and practical results;a large number of practical interaction of dragon boat courses have a positive impact on the group cohesion of college students,and areas with conditions can promote dragon boat culture in colleges and universities,set up Dragon Boat courses,stimulate the vitality of traditional sports,enrich the content of courses,and also promote the practice exploration of dragon boat education in colleges and universities.
