个体水平对女性休闲体育行为限制因素研究

摘　　要：社会生态理论模型是一个研究身体活动、个体行为与环境之间相互影响的最佳模型之一。基于社会生态理论模型的个体生态子系统,运用文献资料法对国内以女性休闲体育行为限制因素为研究对象的文章进行检索,并从人口统计学因素、心理因素、生理因素三个方面分析限制女性休闲体育行为的因素。了解在个体水平上所包含的女性休闲体育行为限制因素,并对此提出建议,同时也为之后运用社会生态理论模型研究女性休闲体育行为提供参考。The model of social ecology is one of the best models to study the interaction between physical activity,individual behavior and environment.Based on the individual ecological subsystem of the social ecological theory model,this paper uses the literature method to search the domestic articles on the restrictive factors of women’s leisure sports behavior,and analyzes the restrictive factors of women’s leisure sports behavior from the three aspects of demographic fa ctors,psychological factors and physiological factors.The aim is to understand the limiting factors of women’s leisure sports behavior at the individual level,and to put forward suggestions on this,and at the same time to provide a reference fo r the study of women’s leisure sports behavior by using the social ecological theory model.
