摘　　要：目的:评价跖骨远端线性截骨克氏针髓内固定手术治疗[足母]外翻畸形的疗效。方法:2019年12月-2021年5月收治外翻患者12例14足,行[足母]外翻行跖骨远端线性截骨克氏针髓内固定矫形手术,术前术后测量外翻角(HVA)、1、2跖骨间夹角(IMA)及远端关节面角(DMAA),并比较变化。功能评分采用AOFAS前足评分。结果:平均随访9.5个月,14足,HVA角术前平均为36.6°,术后为12.2°;IMA角术前平均为14.1°,术后为4.9°;DMAA角术前平均为16.2°,术后为8.2°,HVA、IMA及DMAA术后角度均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后AOFAS评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无跖骨头坏死及感染等并发症。结论:跖骨远端线性截骨克氏针髓内固定治疗轻中度[足母]外翻简单有效,疗效可靠。Objective:To evaluate the effect of linear osteotomy of distal metatarsal and Kirschner wire intramedullary fixation for the treatment of hallux valgus deformity.Methods:From December 2019 to May 2021,12 patients and 14 feet with hallux valgus were selected.Linear osteotomy of distal metatarsal and Kirschner wire intramedullary fixation of hallux valgus was performed.HVA,IMA and DMAA were measured before and after the operation,and the changes were compared.The functional score used the AOFAS forefoot score.Results:The average follow-up was 9.5 months,14 feet,the average HVA angle was 36.6°before operation and 12.2°after operation.The average IMA angle was 14.1°before operation and 4.9°after operation.The average DMAA angle was 16.2°before operation and 8.2°after operation.The postoperative angles of HVA,IMA and DMAA were all smaller than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The postoperative AOFAS score was higher than that of preoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications such as metatarsal head necrosis and infection.Conclusion:The linear osteotomy of distal metatarsal and Kirschner wires intramedullary fixation in the treatment of mild to moderate valgus valgus is simple and effective,the effect is reliable.
