宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠初产妇促宫颈成熟及引产中分娩效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在具备引产指征的足月妊娠初产妇中应用宫颈扩张球囊对分娩结果的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月具备引产指征的足月妊娠初产妇295例,随机分为两组。对照组采取常规缩宫素药物进行引产,观察组采取宫颈扩张球囊进行引产。比较两组宫颈成熟度、引产结果及母婴不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组引产后的宫颈成熟度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组引产至临产时间、临产至分娩时间、剖宫产率及阴道助产率均低于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈扩张球囊在足月妊娠初产妇中的应用,可促进孕妇宫颈成熟,缩短产程时间,提高阴道分娩率,降低母婴不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of cervical dilation balloon on delivery results in primiparas with full-term pregnancy indications for inducted labor.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,295 cases of primiparas with full-term pregnancy indications for inducted labor were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group took conventional oxytocin drugs to induce labor.The observation group used the cervical dilation balloon to induce labor.The cervical maturity,the results of induced labor and adverse events of mothers and infants were compared between the two groups.Results:The cervical maturity score of the observation group after induction of labor was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time from induction to labor,the time from labor to delivery,and the cesarean section rate,the vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of mothers and infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cervical dilation balloon in full-term pregnancy can promote cervical maturity,shorten labor time,improve vaginal delivery rate and reduce the incidence of adverse events of maternal and infant.
