小儿腹泻采取葛根止泻汤联合中医推拿对其血清AST、CK、CK-MB水平及症状恢复的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿腹泻采取葛根止泻汤联合中医推拿对血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平及症状恢复的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治腹泻患儿90例,随机分为两组,各45例。参照组给予中医推拿治疗,研究组给予葛根止泻汤联合中医推拿治疗,比较两组血清AST、CK、CK-MB水平及症状恢复情况。结果:研究组治疗后AST、CK、CK-MB水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组粪便性状正常时间、排便次数正常时间、大便恢复正常时间及退热时间均明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根止泻汤联合中医推拿能有效缩短腹泻患儿的治疗时间,明显改善患儿腹泻症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of taking Gegen Zhixie decoction combined with TCM massage on the levels of serum AST,CK,CK-MB and the recovery of symptoms in children with diarrhea.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,90 children with diarrhea were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was given TCM massage treatment.The study group was given Gegen Zhixie decoction combined with TCM massage treatment.The serum AST,CK,CK-MB levels and the recovery of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of AST,CK,and CK-MB in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal time of stool character,defecation frequency,defecation recovery time and antipyretic time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gegen Zhixie decoction combined with TCM massage can effectively shorten the treatment time of children with diarrhea and significantly improve the symptoms of children with diarrhea.
