针灸推拿与康复理疗相结合治疗颈椎病患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:总结康复理疗+针灸推拿治疗颈椎病期间采用优质护理的效果。方法:2019年3-9月收治颈椎病患者280例,随机分为两组,各140例。两组均给予康复理疗+针灸推拿,对照组给予基础护理,研究组给予优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后颈屈活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病患者由于生活习惯不佳,颈椎屈曲异常,实施康复理疗+针灸推拿时给予优质护理,能够显著改善患者颈椎屈曲度,减轻患者颈椎疼痛感,患者满意度高。Objective:To summarize the effect of high quality nursing in patients with cervical spondylopathy who were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation physical therapy.Methods:From March 2019 to September 2019,280 cases of patients with cervical spondylopathy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 140 cases in each group.Both groups carried out acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation physical therapy.The control group was given basic nursing.The research group applied high-quality nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The research group's back neck flexion activity was higher than that of the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Due to poor living habits and abnormal cervical spine flexion in patients with cervical spondylosis,high-quality nursing during rehabilitation physiotherapy+acupuncture and massage can significantly improve the cervical spine flexion and reduce the pain of the cervical spine.The patient's satisfaction is high.
