探讨自凝刀射频联合艾拉光动力治疗生殖期女性多发性尖锐湿疣的操作技巧及护理方法

摘　　要：目的:探讨自凝刀射频联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗生殖期女性多发性尖锐湿疣的操作技巧及护理方法。方法:2017年6月-2018年6月收治生殖期女性尖锐湿疣患者120例,总结分析自凝刀射频术联合艾拉光动力疗法治疗的操作技巧及护理方法。结果:经治疗后,120例患者全部痊愈,随访12个月均未复发。结论:自凝刀射频术与艾拉光动力疗法的有效结合,对于女性尖锐湿疣疾病的治疗可以达到非常好的疗效,后期通过对患者全方位的科学临床护理,不断给予患者治疗信心,从而达到最佳的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the operation skills and nursing methods of radiofrequency ablation therapy combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of multiple condyloma acuminatum in reproductive period.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,120 cases of women with multiple condyloma acuminatum were enrolled,the operation skills and nursing methods of radiofrequency ablation therapy combined with ALA-PDT were analyzed.Result:After treatment,all 120 patients recovered,and no recurrence was found after 12 months of follow-up.Conclusion:The effective combination of radiofrequency ablation therapy and ALA-PDT can achieve a very good effect for women with condyloma acuminatum disease,in the later stage,through comprehensive scientific clinical care of patients,doctors should continue to give patients confidence in treatment,so as to achieve the best treatment effect.
