摘　　要：当今世界一流大学图书馆的资源建设呈现出了全球化需求、“即时性”趋势、图书馆信息资源枢纽定位和服务成为衡量资源建设的重要指标的现实等趋势。基于此,文章调研分析了世界一流大学图书馆信息资源建设的趋势,在此基础上提出了构建世界级信息资源服务体系,并具体探讨了世界级信息资源服务体系的构成及特点,论述了世界级信息资源服务体系建设的对策,以助力高校“双一流”建设。Today,the world first-class university libraries’resource construction present trends of global demand for resource construction,“timeliness”trends,library becoming the information resources hub and service becoming an important indicator to measure resource construction.Based on this,this paper investigates and analyzes the trend of information resources construction in first class university libraries.On this basis,it puts forward the construction of world-class information resources service system,discusses the composition and characteristics of world-class information resources service system in detail,and discusses the countermeasures for the construction of world-class information resources service system,so as to help the“double first-class”construction of universities.
