多中心治理理念下构建高校阅读推广人培育机制研究--以铜陵职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：论文基于铜陵职业技术学院图书馆、铜陵市图书馆与铜陵市新华书店三者共处一地,存在资源共享有平台、合作开展阅读推广活动有经验和阅读推广人培育工作有基础等前提条件,以多中心治理理念为指导,通过合理设立培育项目、科学制定培育方案和充分考虑培育工作的困难与对策等手段,探讨前三者与文献资源供应商协同构建高校阅读推广人培育工作机制。Tongling Polytechnic Library,Tonling City Library and Xinhua Bookstore of Tongling,are in the same place and have following advantages:sharing the resources,cooperate with each other to promote reading activities and have the foundation to train reading promoters independently.Based on multi-center governance idea,by setting up training item reasonably,making training programme scientifically and considering the difficult and strategy in training process,this essay discusses that the above three should cooperate with document supplier to set up training working system of university reading promoter.
