民族地区图书馆发展思考--从云南大关县背篼图书馆说起

摘　　要：我国民族地区的公共文化体系建设是国家扶贫开发攻坚战略的重要补充部分,民族地区图书馆的建设又是公共文化体系的重要组成部分,完善与发展民族地区图书馆,是保障我国实现各民族基本文化权益的重要路径。同时,贫困民族地区图书馆的建设与发展,对于国家精准扶贫政策的实施也具有重要意义。论文以云南省昭通市大关县背篼图书馆的影响为思路,探讨了我国民族地区图书馆发展的若干路径。The construction of public cultural system in ethnic areas of China is an important supplementary part of the national poverty alleviation and development strategy,and the construction of libraries in ethnic areas is also an important part of the public cultural system.Improving and developing libraries in ethnic areas is an important way to ensure the realization of the basic cultural rights and interests of all ethnic groups in China.At the same time,the construction and development of libraries in poor ethnic areas is also of great significance for the implementation of the national targeted poverty alleviation policy.Based on the influence of the Basket Carrier Library in Daguan County,Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province,this paper discusses some paths for the development of libraries in ethnic areas in China.
