摘　　要：分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)是黏膜含量最丰富的免疫球蛋白亚型,参与组成肠道黏膜免疫的第一道防线,通过免疫排斥限制微生物的上皮渗透,以防止全身感染。在体液免疫中起中和毒素、免疫清除和屏障的作用。在人类和动物肠道中,sIgA不仅可以调控肠道菌群定植和生长,还可以通过改变其自身对肠道菌群的免疫应答反应影响炎性肠病、多发性硬化症、1型糖尿病等自身免疫性疾病的发病。因此,肠道sIgA在肠道黏膜免疫和自身免疫性疾病中的作用受到关注。Secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)is the most abundant immunoglobulin subtype in the mucosa.It is involved in the first defense line of intestinal mucosal immunity,which limits the epithelial infiltration of microorganisms through immune rejection to prevent systemic infection,playing a role in neutralizing toxins,immune clearance and barrier in humoral immunity.In the intestines of humans and animals,sIgA cannot only regulate the colonization and growth of intestinal flora,but also affect the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease,multiple sclerosis and type 1 diabetes mellitus by changing its own immune response to intestinal flora.Therefore,the role of intestinal sIgA in intestinal mucosal immunity and autoimmune diseases is receiving due attention.
