摘  要:为了缓解船闸超负荷运行现象,提高船闸运输效率,从最根本上简化船舶过闸程序入手,针对水头差不大的河段设计了一种不停船快速过闸船闸。该船闸的设计是基于连通器原理和力矩平衡原理,将旋转门式闸门和特殊的输水系统相结合,来实现闸室水位自主调节和船舶快速不间断通行,其中闸门设计是将动静闸门相结合,利用上下游水位差辅助推动船闸运行,节约电能。多次模型过船试验表明:闸门在转动的过程中闸室的水位能够逐渐变化,船舶跟随闸门转动而向前行驶,实现了不停船而直接过闸的效果,同时还可以上下游同时通航。此种船闸设计极大提高了船闸运输效率,是一个新的尝试,但有待实际工程验证。In order to alleviate the overload operation of ship locks and improve the transport efficiency,starting from fundamentally simplifying the lock passing program,one kind of fast ship lock without stopping was designed for the river reach with similar upstream and downstream water heads.The design scheme was based on the principle of connector principle and torque balance principle.The rotating gate and the special water conveyance system were combined to realize the self-regulation of the water level in the lock chamber and the rapid and uninterrupted passage of the ship.Combining the moving gate with the static gate,the upstream and downstream water level difference was used to assist the ship lock operation and save energy.Several indoor model tests showed that the water level of the lock chamber can gradually change during the rotation of the gate,and the ship moves forward during gate rotation,which realized directly passing the ship lock without stopping and the upstream downstream simultaneous navigation.The ship lock design greatly improves the efficiency of ship lock transportation,which is a new attempt,but needs to be verified by practical engineering.
