摘　　要：对广州中医药大学护理专业164名本专科毕业生进行就业意向调查和就业心态分析,结果显示:专业思想整体稳定,81.71%的护生愿意从事护理工作;就业理念多元化,23.78%的护生出现慢就业的趋势;65.85%的护生求职中存在经济、心理、语言表达等方面的困难;学历和经济条件不影响护生的职业态度,但会影响其求职行为和就业理念,专科生比本科生更倾向于做护士(p<0.05),更认同“先就业、后择业”(p<0.05);有经济困难的学生比无经济困难的学生更倾向于做护士(p<0.05)。This study conducted an employment intention investigation and employment mentality analysis of 164 graduates of nursing major of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The results show that the overall professional thought is stable,81.71%of the nursing students are willing to engage in nursing work;the employment concept is diversified,and 23.78%of the nursing students have a slow employment trend;65.85%of the nursing students have difficulties in economy,psychology and language expression;educational background and economic conditions do not affect the professional attitude of nursing students,but they affect their job-hunting behavior and employment philosophy.Junior college students are more inclined to be nurses than undergraduates(P<0.05),and they are more likely to identify with the concept of“employment first,and choosing a job later”(P<0.05);students with financial difficulties are more likely to be nurses than students without financial difficulties(P<0.05).
