摘  要:油井酸化是增加输油流动的重要技术,但酸液会对石油管线造成严重的腐蚀,造成严重的经济损失和安全隐患。为了防止金属在酸性介质中的腐蚀,以甲醛/苯甲醛、苯乙酮和氨基硫脲为基本原料合成了2种含硫曼尼希碱缓蚀剂(HA和HB),采用失重测试、电化学测试对二者在10%盐酸中对N80钢的缓蚀性能进行研究,运用分子动力学模拟从理论上探讨了HA和HB缓蚀剂分子在Fe(001)晶面上的吸附行为。结果表明:2种缓蚀剂分子对N80钢都具有良好的缓蚀效果且HB缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果优于HA;2种缓蚀剂在N80钢表面的吸附均符合Langmuir吸附等温模型;2种缓蚀剂均为混合抑制型缓蚀剂。Oil well acidification is an important technology to increase the flow of oil,but acid liquid will cause serious corrosion of oil pipelines,resulting in the serious economic losses and safety hazards.In order to prevent the corrosion of metals in acidic media,two sulfur-containing Mannich bases corrosion inhibitors(HA,HB)were synthesized by using formaldehyde/benzaldehyde,acetophenone and thiosemicarbazide as basic materials.The weight loss method and electrochemical test method were used to study the corrosion inhibition performance of HA and HB on N80 steel in 10%hydrochloric acid,and the adsorption behavior of HA and HB corrosion inhibitor molecules on the Fe(001)crystal plane was theoretically discussed using molecular dynamics simulation.Results showed that the two inhibitor molecules had a good inhibitory effect on N80 steel,and the inhibitor effect of HB corrosion inhibitor was better than that of HA.In addition,the adsorption of two corrosion inhibitors on the surface of N80 steel conformed to the Langmuir adsorption isothermal model and the two kinds of corrosion inhibitors belonged to mixed inhibitors.
