摘  要:黄铜拉链魅惑紫着色鲜艳亮丽、装饰效果好,目前国内外对此技术尚无报道。为填补该项技术空白,研究了黄铜拉链魅惑紫的着色工艺,讨论了各因素对膜层颜色的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O3~5 g/L,SeO_(2)0.7~0.8 g/L,过硫酸铵1.5~2.0 g/L,NaCl 1.5~1.7 mg/L,H_(2)SO_(4)2.0~2.5 mL/L的水溶液中,温度30~35℃,时间25~30 s,着色膜的厚度约为400 nm。该工艺采用一步法完成,操作简单,性能稳定,成本低;测试结果表明,该工艺下得到的魅惑紫色膜色泽均匀,耐磨性、耐酶洗性和耐蚀性能都满足生产要求。Charming purple brass zipper has bright color and good decorative effect.At present,there is no report about this technology at home and abroad.In order to fill the technical gap,the charm purple coloring process for brass zipper was investigated,the effects of the various factors on the film color were discussed and the optimal conditions were obtained.Results indicated that the solution for charm purple coloring process of brass zipper had an optimal composition of CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O3~5 g/L,SeO_(2)0.7~0.8 g/L,(NH 4)2 S 2 O 81.5~2.0 g/L,NaCl 1.5~1.7 mg/L,H_(2)SO_(4)2.0~2.5 mL/L,temperature 30~35℃and time 25~30 s.The thickness of the coloring film was about 400 nm.The process was completed by one-step route with simple operation,stable performance and low cost.Besides,the test results showed that the charm purple film obtained by this process had uniform color,and its wear resistance,enzyme washing resistance and corrosion resistance all met the production requirements.
