摘　　要：通过归纳分析海上导管架平台、浮式生产储卸油船(FPSO)、半潜浮式生产设施等海洋工程钢结构件热浸镀锌防腐蚀设计相关标准,归纳总结了国际标准(ISO)、美标(ASTM、SSPC)以及国家标准,针对海洋工程建造过程中各类结构件热浸镀锌设计要求、生产工艺、结构预处理、镀层质量要求、性能检测、缺陷修复和涂装等,结合工程实际进行了应用经验归纳,供从事相关工作人员参考。The international standards(ISO),American standards(ASTM,SSPC)and national standards were summarized by analyzing the relevant standards of hot dip galvanizing anti-corrosion design of offshore engineering steel structures for offshore jacket platform,FPSO,semi-submersible floating production facilities.Besides,the application experience was summarized and concluded in combination with engineering practice,aiming at the design requirements,production process,structure pretreatment,coating quality requirements,performance testing,defect repair and coating of hot dip galvanizing for various structures in the construction process of offshore engineering,which could be used as reference for relevant staff in practice.
